The patented CRS Rater Monitoring and Management solution is comprised of a proprietary, computerized assessment delivered by the CRS Clinical Rater Station which scores a standardized clinical rating scale completed by subjects, with the parallel results of a site rater. Site raters are blind to the subject score assigned by the CRS computerized assessment. The RMM solution is available to subjects in their native language and results are provided in real-time to sponsors in English.

Our clients key benefit of the CRS Rater Monitoring and Management solution derives from two sets of data — primary outcome data from site raters and a precious set of CRS computerized assessment data — that is transmitted electronically in real-time to CRS. Results are compared and analyzed for concordance for use as a secondary measure and for internal decision-making purposes. Collaborative peer-to-peer conferences between CRS clinicians and raters occur when data analysis indicates discordance. Results from prior industry studies have proven that the CRS Rater Monitoring and Management solution increases drug and placebo separation.
